I am currently the Digital Initiatives Librarian at the University of Rhode Island. I work on a range of digital library projects such as building up our institutional repository, digitizing and mounting collections, and advocating for progressive scholarly communications practices on campus. Before coming here in March 2012, I was a librarian at the University of Michigan, where I did project management for the Google Books project and HathiTrust Digital Library. My interests include digitization best practices, digital preservation, copyright, scholarly communication, and tools for digital humanities research.
