I am a fourth-year graduate student in Slavic Studies, focusing primarily on medieval and early modern Russia, although I also study Russian religious philosophy throughout Russian history and including the late 19th century. I saw a fascinating presentation on digital humanities and medieval studies at Ohio State University last summer while studying at the Medieval Slavic Summer Institute, and since then I have been hoping to gain some skills that would enable me to take part in this exciting new field.
