I teach courses in American cultural history; my expertise is particularly in built environments. As far as technology and humanities, I try to keep my ears open (via Twitter, mainly) but get busy with the nuts and bolts of teaching traditionally. So, this seems like a good opportunity to commit full attention to some of the possibilities out there. Students constructed a Wordpress site in one of my courses, but that's about as far as it goes in practice (beyond using Moodle as a storage facility for documents and images).
